DIY Underwear Organizers

April 15, 2007 by Renee Claire

I’ve got quite a bit of underwear and a spacious (messy) top drawer.  I also buy boxes of Orbit gum.  So I found the following solution:

Recycled Underwear Organizer

The boxes are the perfect size, light and stackable.  When I get a few more boxes, I’ll glue the sides together so I can pick up several at once.

Do you have any handy, cheap solutions like the one above?

I like the shoe boxes that my kids’ shoes come in for storing small items (make-up, scarves, accessories). They’re smaller and sturdier than the regular sized shoe boxes. They stack really nicely, too. I never have the time, but they could also be covered with some shelf paper to make them look pretty and displayable.
